La seva<strong> efic\u00e0cia<\/strong> en la millora de la salut mental, emocional i f\u00edsica, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 en <strong>l\u2019augment de la concentraci\u00f3, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i el rendiment<\/strong>, ha estat \u00e0mpliament contrastada per estudis cient\u00edfics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les<strong> 8+1 setmanes <\/strong>es combinar\u00e0 tant teoria sobre funcionament de la ment i el cos, com la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019exercicis d\u2019atenci\u00f3, concentraci\u00f3, meditaci\u00f3, relaxaci\u00f3 i moviments conscients del cos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3> QU\u00c8 US temps.<\/strong><\/li><li>Millora de <strong>treball en equip<\/strong> (augment de la voluntat d\u2019aportar per a un b\u00e9 com\u00fa).<\/li><li>Millora de la <strong>capacitat resolutiva <\/strong>i de<strong> prendre bones decisions<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Augment de la capacitat de <strong>regulaci\u00f3 emocional<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Millora de les <strong>relacions interpersonals<\/strong>: escolta, empatia, comunicaci\u00f3, confian\u00e7a,&#8230;<\/li><li>Major adaptaci\u00f3 als canvis <strong>resili\u00e8ncia<\/strong> i <strong>benestar<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Millora de la <strong>salut psicol\u00f2gica<\/strong> i <strong>f\u00edsica<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3> ADRE\u00c7AT A:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Desitgin pr\u00e0ctiques<\/strong> entre sessions.<\/li><li><strong>Grups redu\u00efts<\/strong> de <strong>15 persones m\u00e0xim<\/strong> per a poder fer un acompanyament m\u00e9s proper i
